As to the Do not call - it specifically relates to Telemarketers for products; not surveys or special things like Special Olympics calling for donations. You can try filing a FCC complaint However, it would be best to read the law there to see if these calls qualify or not - there are restrictions as there are with the do not call.gov list.

I guess our best best is to try to answer this one and request our no. be taken off their lists. However, for several reasons, if I don't recognize no., I don't answer.

If any readers need help with Collection Agencies, I can help you!!!! Just respond on this site, and they'll notify me of additional notes posted. In your comments put "I Need Help" or something to that effect.

I am not an attorney, just an informed and educated Consumer, in regards to Consumer Protection Laws involving Credit Card Debt, and Collection Agency and Debt Collector laws, and who knows how to get rid of these jerks legally and permanently!!

Bothering people in rest at home would be a case for the police.

I called the number back and recvd a recording to call 866-544-4880 to speak with a customer service rep from Special Olympics. I called the number and they removed me from there calling list. Hopfully this works.

I get daily calls. they generally hang up before I get there (I'm disabled) in 4 rings.I'm on the do not call list, so these people should not be bothering me. Thank you
