I too have an account with Kay Jewelers and I had disputed an item on my bill. During that time I was told I wouldn't have to make payments until it was settled. I got a call from this number the very next day after I received a response in the mail from them. They certainly didn't waste time with harassing phone calls.

I keep getting these calls day and night. I have no idea who or what it deals with. I do not have a jeweler.
