I actually got a email indicating that my phone number was changed in my zell account
If I did not do this, I should call Chase Bank. Immediately which I did
The person on the other end appear to be real. It sounded like a friendly voice. And indicated, they needed to verify my voice by having me. Repeat my address
Now I realize they were recording my voice
While they were trying to get me to confirm my phone number
My call control program cut me off and indicated.I had a scammer, on the other end. Of course. I am now concerned and we'll call my bank to put a fraud alert on as well as any other institution that I can think of that use voice confirmation.

An incoming caller ID can be "spoofed" or faked. This is a good number if you are calling them, however, never trust a number that calls you. A number calling you can be from anyone. You calling them is more secure, which is why scammers DO NOT want you to hang up and call back.

Yes it answered as chase but gave me this long digit number to enter, but it goes around in circles. This number was given to me allegedly from a branch manager. Someone called me from that number, but I could not hear( phone scrambled.

Did you ever get it straight. I have been having issues with Chase Bank and this number was supposed to been "escalation branch. I get no where when I call but a recording giving a long extension to call.

Called me at 5:38 in the morning. Damn people have no respect for the people they are calling. Why should I respect them by answering. Blocked it on my land line call blocker I got for Christmas last year.

This is phishing call. The spammer relayed the call as middle man. Spammer called you and connected to Chase bank. So Chase bank is real. But the conversion between Chase and you will be recorded.

Oh wow is that how it works. I thought it weird I was given a long extension to enter 1050011436, whih was useless whenI entered it it asked for my general information and then went back to recording "to dial" extension. Thanks for info.

Scam Phishing call looking for those that are clueless. Fraudulent company trying to represent DHL Freight. Auto dialer in Chinese language. Press 9 to speak to someone. Requested "Please, Do Not Call". Ignored of course. Caller ID / call history shows 10 different numbers from these clowns. Oh well, now blocked
