These guys are bottom feeders of collection. They buy statute expired debt and using gray shade of collection practices, they try to collect 10 to 30 cents on the dollar. The best way to stop them is to call your state's attorney office. Don't waste time with FCC or FTC. If they were going to do something, this outfit would be closed up already!

I am getting tired of these people calling me, although the lady that has been calling was nice. They were asking for someone that doesnt even have my phone number and who I dont know. I have continued to get these calls and I am so tired of it. I mean come on it is evening and I am trying to get my family ready for bed. Is there no shame in the hours that these people call?

Called on behalf of ebay for a seller account I supposedly had from 2007!!! I asked the name and said it possibly sounded familiar although I have another name I sell and buy with and she said it was valid bc I remembered it lol / I said it was from 2007 and would try to see if I could get a password bc she had no records she could email or fax me...from 2007!? I'm blacklisting them and suggest you do the same - although the agent named Sherry I got was very nice and professional.

Its a COLLECTION SERVICE---Natl Asset Recovery/ER Solutions---Reported them to FCC for spoofing their number.......ITS ILLEGAL AND YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME......!!!

They will be fined $10,000 by the FCC so lets band up together and keep reporting them maybe after the FCC hits them with the $10,000 for each reported violation they will stop their shenanigans....!!!!

We are on the Do Not Call List too - have been for years. ER Solutions needs to stop calling. Other sites say they are affiliated with NCO Systems - a debt collector. I don't owe them crap - and they called under my Cell Phone Name which is purposely different from mine. Low Life Leeches! NO SALE.

The do not call list is for telemarketing. this caller is a debt collection agency and they are not governed by the do not call list.

Don't know how they got my work phone no. since I don't use this phone much (also have a work cell phone) or why they keep calling. My no. is a fairly new (and private) number in a fairly new business facility that just opened 5 months ago. At least I can see the incoming number, so I just pick up the phone then hang up on them, but wish they'd stop callingl!
