Looks like this guy has been up to this for years. Left a message about debt collection but didn't use my name. Wanted a call back "today". I don't have any outstanding old or new debt. Sleazy.

Has been calling for two months now. Says important that you return this call at the number above. So I decided to return the call and when Mr. McCarthy got on the phone says he wants to talk to James. James is my father that I haven't talked to in seven years and when I told him that he said I am lying because the caller Id came up under his name but that is impossible because I called my phone company and it is under my mom's name and when I had told him this he just calling me a liar and hung up on me. I have reported him to the attorney General, fcc, and ftc let's see how far this gets.
