I just got a voicemail from them so I called back and it sounds like a call center. I called them after doing research and found out I was not alone. They refused to give me an address. I got hung up on several times when asking them to verify they are from the IRS, the man said "who the hell are you" I replied "your worse nightmare " he then stated "oh my God, really?" SCAM!

I got the same call today!! what business leaves a voice mail like that, does not even use my name and the says I will be taken into custody by the "local cops" geez

Left a voicemail saying I have 4 serious allegations against me and I had 24 hrs to call them back before local police arrest me. However when I call back the number they left it is an invalid number.

I just received the call with the same threats, and this is about the third or fourth time this has happened to me. This is scary and violating.

they call to tell me I have serious allegations against me. I have no idea who they are or what they are talking about. I am a citizen of the US, never been out of the country. I am single and on disability. I have no idea what they were saying. I kept telling them that I couldn't understand and they kept hanging up. I tried calling back, they never answered. That is when I knew it was a scam. Before that, I knew they had the wrong person!

Yes, IRS. Name Bryan Johnson #552714. Gave constitution ave address as their contact details. I asked for direct number for my accountant to call them, they hung up. Definitely a call center in the background. Foreign accents. IRS never calls people. SCAM.
