This is not a spammer/scammer. This is your voicemail so if scammer leave a VM then it will sound like a scam. aif your sister leaves a VM then soes it mean that this 805 number now belongs to your sister? Use some common sense.

Don't want to get charged for roaming while abroad or on a cruise, then don't accidentally or intentionally check your VM! Read T-Mobile's own recommendations below:

Tmobile voicemail access no. Block incoming and set to disconnect so it won't go to voicemail and you shouldn't be charge for receiving a voice message if roaming out if US. Likely a hacker.

Reports of T-Mobile calling this no. when you're out of country, or more likely scammers trying to hack your voicemail somehow. Just block it for incoming and set to ignore or disconnect.

This is Farmers Insurance. Tyler Poeppelman. 805 637 7249. This is a voice mail this jack ass made on my dad's phone. My dad is 86 and this jerk has the nerve to hack his phone and add his own voice mail in order to swipe my dad's messages. He also tries to forward call to this number.

Because of that annoying call forwarding hack or fraud that metro pcs and t-mobile customer's are issued now. People will have to leave them fuck both of them.

Contacted T-Mobil because we also received roaming chages for 805 637.7249 when we didn't make a call.

Jen in T-Mobils customer service said, in order to not be billed for calls that go dirrectly to voice mail when your phone is in a roaming area, the phone must be turned off .

The charge we received was for $2.39 per minute for 51 calls. I asked to receive something in writting that stated this is a valid charge and didn't receive anything.

So if you choose to stay with T-Mobil and you don't want this kind of surprise when you return, turn off your phone in the airport and don't turn it on again until you are back in the states.

I was in Mexico for 10 days in April. I had my phone there for emergency purposes only. When I travel I do not make any phone calls and I do not answer any phone calls. I do not check my voice mail either. Period. Than I received a statement from T-Mobil with seven calls from that number 1-805-637-7249 and extra $11.92 charge for roaming. I had to fight for 45min with a supervisor from T-Mobil about removing those charges. My phone is locked. You have to press 2 buttons to unlock it and another 4 to enter a password and actually use the phone. It is absolutely impossible to use the phone if stolen or to dial anything by an accident.

After a little bit of digging I found out it is a number operated by T-Mobil. As soon as they find out you are abroad they either start calling you from that number and even if you do not answer they charge you for it, or they just put those charges to your account automatically expecting you to be checking your voice mail!!!!!!!

I am sure it must be against the law.

This is the main number to the T-Mobile voice mail hub. It does not call you; you call this number to check your or another T-Mobile customer's voice mail.

That it is a T-Mobil number may be truth. However, as soon as you cross the border you will start receiving phone calls from that number and roaming charges to your account! Even if you do not pick them up or answer them! I have them in my MISSED CALLS! That is what happened to me. I went to Mexico for 10 days. I had not maid one single call while being there, nor I answered any calls or checked my voice mail. Despite that I got seven calls from that number. All of them were charged to my account. The really strange thing is when I talked to the T-Mobil supervisor and tell her about the number, I was supposedly calling, she did not even mentioned that it was a T-Mobil number. I find that to be very dishonest. I have been with T-Mobil for at least 10 years and never ever had any troubles with the company and its customer service till now. Actually the customer service was the reason to stick with T-Mobil. I started questioning the reason. I DO NOT TRUST T-MOBIL ANY MORE.
