I did some research and found that these calls are being conducted by Revocalize of Utah, and Revocalize publishes their number as 877-783-5192 on their website.

I pressed the option for "customer service" and the guy who answered said that indeed they are conducting calls as "Home Security Group" and that they only contact opted-in customers. (I of course said there was no way I was opted in, but that didn't seem to matter.)

Similar to Spartans: truncated message (beginning was cut off, must be an autocaller) from a female "following up" on my (nonexistent) debt reduction inquiry, indicated this would be my "last courtesy call". Return number left in message was 877#. Envelope info from message was same as caller ID. Call came to unpublished cell phone number, no idea how they got it.

Called from 810 area code. Voicemail picked up mid stream offering my a debt reduction program and speaking as if I had initiated the process Indicated this would be my last courtesy call. Return number was 877-723-1426
