Recording says that if you don't "claim your business listing, customers won't be able to find you online." They also mention Google in their statement. I call BS on this. I deal directly with Google for my business and they control my listings and they work just fine. Just another "FUD" (fear - uncertainty - doubt) tactic. I'm sure if you "press 1 to speak to a representative" they will try to sell you something you don't need.
