They have been calling my brother and dad and harassing them both trying to "find" and "talk" to me because I have 3 charges against me including bank and check fraud. Say that they are serving me court papers. The funny thing is that I called them back and spoke with 2 different people (both supposedly representing the same online loan that I owe for) I caught them in several lies and told them that if they have court papers to be filed against me they can send them to my home address and gave them my address. I also gave them my home phone and cell phone numbers and told them to stop harassing my family. I asked for them to mail me a debt verification letter along with a physical address to mail a payment to and their federal ID #. That was a week ago, and they have not attempted to call me since. They have however kept calling my dad and brother trying to "find" me. It is ridiculous. They are going by the name of Urban, Heidenrich, and Melendez LLC now. They have a law suit filed against the company in Michigan but they can't be served their papers because their given address doesn't exist. Screams scam!

This number called me and left a voicemail, the man said his name was Marshall Tillman and that he's looking for Crystal Avery and said that I've been given many chances to call back and turn myself in and I've been neglecting them and he said this is my last chance and if I don't call (844) 327-6986, they will track me...

I got a call from this number today while I was at work , the man didn't identify himself , but he claimed he was from the National Service Center and I needed to call them back about some bank fraud charges that were being brought against me .. this is the third call I have gotten in as many months for some kind of nonsense fraud charges .. I am really getting tired of being harnessed at work by these people ..

Scammers are at work. Probably working for Hillary.

Just recieved a call from this number, Didn't answer since I typically screen calls (so much easier and less minutes wasted on my cell) Left a msg never giving the company name or anything. Didn't say what was going on only that they've tried to contact me before and that they had some Civil Affidavits in their office and needed me to call to give my SS, Email and to Confirm my address and name, didn't catch the guys name (such a very very heavy accent..almost sounded like he was faking a southern but was mixed with something else) but gave this number with ext 405. If I didn't call before Monday at noon the papers would have to go to the court and he'd set up court dates for me next week due to not getting me on the phone to give a statement or hear from my attorney. I quickly just wrote down the number and ext and came online to search, already seemed fishy since gee if they really had any Civil Affidavits i think I would have been warned originally. Glad I was correct..so wish i could get them to stop calling through cause i have a feeling this will be the first of many..at least i can set it to auto go to voicemail.
