FedEx customs - needed additional info. Legit call

FedEx called regarding an item I purchased via eBay from Italy. She wanted additional information for customs clearance. I called FedEx customer service and verified the phone call was legitimate.
Customs clearance calling on behalf of FedEx because of a Commercial Invoice issue (I forgot to put a product description) and resolved it for a package between Canada and the US.. It is legitimate.
Well, my package from "(something something neurological) sorry, we butchered that name" was stuck in customs from England. I'm sure if I just send them the money they need to file I'll get a package worth lots and lots to me. Never mind that it will get stuck again and I'll need to send more money and then again and then again. I'm sure it's all worth it in the end for the package I know nothing about from some vague place I have no dealings with. In short - just hang up when they call you.
