I am the owner of araredit.com and this message was just left on one of my clients VM. My company is a credit repair business and I have a stellar reputation for my work, not like some of these con-artists that give us a bad name. In addition, I learned my craft by being the Q/A Mgr of Collection Laws of a debtcollection company to make sure that our collectors didn't violate FCRA, FDCPA or DTPA (TX Collection Law but most states have some sort of version). I know it's not a real company and was kind of upset because my client would have made killing suing them. No you do not need 2 forms of ID nor can anyone but you receive a subpoena. Put it this way, even if you were served and it was a real debt, it's dead before arrival because you are not allowed to leave a VM giving any sort of hint it's a debt because it could be your dads, moms, brothers, friends phone that you're letting them use. Even though there is no mention of the company, simply giving a phone # to call back is biggest violation because if someone you know, or don't, called back and found out it was debt collection company,that would be a state and federal violation of your civil rights. They also threaten to bother you at work and bother you in person. They're basically just threatening a bunch of nonexistent nonsense.
Makes it sound like you are required to produce several forms of ID and tries to basically convince you that this is some big scary thing.. alludes to you being in some kind of trouble with the law.

They say you're being served as if process servers warn people and then they go on to NOT identify themselves or the adversarial party or anything else.

Essentially calls early in the morning trying to scare people. Basement dwelling low living sleeze. Paper dragons.
Hopefully, the FTC or whoever else will shut these fools down before they get away with operating this way for much longer.
