What a pain in the ASS!!! They call more than 20 times a day! You would figure after not answering and leaving a greeting stating your not going to answer that# they still cont. To call. I believe I got hooked up with these jokers when I signed up with freebies.com url. So reader beware!!

08/18/2017. This #855-732-2332 Called my Cellphone & Registered as an EXTORTION Call from Credence Resource from my Hiya Caller ID App on my cellphone. I Did Not Answer & No Voicemail was left either.

Any legitimate business will gladly tell you about their business and what they do. Any company that avoids answering this question and insists on getting "personal" details to verify your identity will fall in to one of three categories: (1) they are trying to sell you something, (2) it is a phishing scam trying to steal from you, or (3) it is a collection company.
The best thing to do is not to give them any information, hang-up on them, and block the number if you can.
