They called and asked for my zip code and birthdate. I stated I would not give that information and she said they could not give me information regarding why they were calling She stated they mailed me a letter in a plain white envelope and she would call me back in a few days after I receive the letter

Yes asked for my birthdate and zip code but I did not give it. A HOLLY said she would call next week and I would receive a letter in plain white envelope.
