This is NOT Bell!! They kept calling me saying they had important information about my file, but had to verify who I was. To verify I was the correct person, they needed personal information like my mailing address etc. I didn't give it to them, told them I thought they were scammers. They kept calling even though I kept telling them they were scammers - after the third day I blocked their number.

Called this morning. Said she was from Bell and had important information about my account. To confirm who I was, she needed me to tell her my mailing address. I asked how could I be sure she was from Bell, she said I could call Bell, I said okay and hung up. I didn't call Bell because I'm sure this is a scam.

Got called today, by a Bell Rep.....could hardly speak French. She was asking for my personnal infos. They are not Bell Canada!

They also call me 2 to 5 time per week with no one on the line!!

I called them back. They are not Bell Canada. They are scamming as Bell Canada. They didn't even have the right name for the account...and I have a Bell phone.
