Called my work and my cell number and when I spoke with them to get an address to send them a letter they refused to give me the information. I told them Kiss my a$$ and hung up so they tried to call back and hid their number. I do not answer phone calls from blocked numbers they did not leave a message. I am going to find out their address and mail the Fair Debt Collection letter.
They call and said my son old money
Called leaving message that a complaint was being forwarded somewhere. I called back and this company tried to collect debt, which was discharged in bankruptcy. Don't respond to calls that threaten to call your employer or take money out of your bank account. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibits this type of behavior.

You're right. This kind of call is violating the law. You could file a complaint, and maybe you want to file a lawsuit against these collectors. I read at http://www.whycall.me/news/judge-rules-that-targets-harassing-debt-collection-calls-crossed-the-line/ that we could sue them because of their repeated calls. I will surely sue this company if they call me again tomorrow.
If those stupid fucks want their money come and get it. I would make sure that they would eat shit before they come and take anything.
Will not tell me how I owe money to. Ask for them to send something in the mail so I can read it but they will not
