Got a call today from this TACS company to my sister in laws house that I owe money to a Twin Bluff Financial for $400
Danny said that I had a direct deposit into my checking account with a bank that once was my bank years ago had last 4 of my social security number had an address of mine from over 10 years ago it's all mis match info with wrong dates.
I kept asking for proof of this supposed loan. Danny was unable to help with this!! But wanted me to give him money!!

Called said I owed some company named WTS Capital who I have never heard of $490.00. When I asked for them to send me information where I signed for a loan or a credit card, they could not tell me which one it was, Manny Edwards suggested that I go to www.findmydebtinfo.com which doesn't show me anything. He even said, maybe we have the wrong person. I said you do because I do not know this company or have ever did business with a company by this name. He hung up. The number they called from was 866-667-4857 but the number they left was 866-487-8320. The keep calling even though I told them that I am not the person they are looking for.

They have been using robocalls for the last 10 days. When I called back as the robocall requested with the given claim number, I was told by John I owed a $650 debt frm 2012 for Highland Holdings. He also knew the last 4 digits of my ss. I told him I was not familier with this agency nor does the debt ring a bell. I asked him to send something in the mail. He said I could go to findmydebt.info and I will find all the debt info there. He politely offered to save me a bunch if I payed him right now. I told him I need to research this because there are alot of scams, he said he understood but if I go to that website and give him a call back once i find the info I need he can probably save me a whole lot of money. We hung up and I immediately started researching and found this forum.

I can't do anything to stop these people from calling me and I'm not even the person they are looking for

They call themselves TACS and they are trying to collect "phahtom debt" from unsuspecting people. They were callling about a "debt" that I owe 4 years ago. When I tell them that I don't any debt and my records (credit report, and bank statement from 12/2012) confirms that I did not get any loan from their client Gateway Funding they refused to provide any proof that I owe them and tried to strong arm me to pay $450 + interest that can go high as much as they want. Since they were calling me every day, so I called back everyday saying the samething over and over again, eventually they took my number of their automated system and I have not heard from those scammer who call themselvesTACS.

I continue receiving call from this number, regarding someone who is not me. I have called multiple times requesting to be taken off the calling list and every time am told I already was. the staff argue with you stating no one called you though, you literally just received a call. worst staff and no people skills what so ever.

Kept calling me and leaving a claim number. Said it was for my father who has been deceased since 2008. Called the number they left on my voicemail (which differs from the one that shows up on the caller ID) and informed them that he is no longer with us and they said they'd take me off the list. A few months ago I was getting the same messages regarding my mother and kept ignoring them and they eventually stopped calling.

Called me looking for my ex husband, tried to call and was hung up on 6 times in a row before someone would speak to me, asked them to remove my number...we'll see.

Yes, giving a claim number and saying I owe money! Tired of it!!!

I received calls at work & home saying I owed a $3800 debt from 2011, I asked for paperwork & they evaded the question. I spoke to a Robert Brown & Angel (probably fake names). I'm reporting them to the police dept. The first guy was so rude & yelling at me.

Ok enough is enough! I pay my bills...have NO debt!!!! They call all day long and up into the night! I pay my phone bill, the phone is in my home, I am on "NO CALL LIST" I should have a say in what calls I receive????? You know.....I would not mind calls so much if They PAID my phone bill. Have contacted seaveral people but still getting calls... someone NOT DOING THEIR JOB is all I can say with all the tech they have now

During March and April 2016, I have been receiving telephone calls from an unlisted (secret) number (888) 622-9728. According to this fraudulent enterprise, using a female who speaks Ebonics and speaks so fast, that can hardly be understood. She claims to have a court document with a Claim # 3530464, that she wants to serve in my residence. The same female black person left numerous messages for me to contact a second telephone (866) 487-8320 to "make arrangements" and pay "my debt" before it reaches a court of law. When I called back the number (888) 622-9728, an ignorant male responded. He refused to provide me with a physical address for me to send this thief a letter. He refused to give me his name, and insisted that I provide him with my name, address, and identification documents.

This individual is so ignorant, that refused to stop, and to cease and desist from calling my telephone number. He threatened to continue with his harassing calls. In complete violation of Texas Cyber-Harassing Calls. This criminal enterprise need to educate all the co-conspirators about Federal Law; in particular the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

This criminal enterprise is not only committing Interstate Wire Fraud -18 USC 1343, but it is also in violation of 18 USC Sections 891-894.

I then called the number provided by the female (866) 487-8320, and the thieves, Greenberg, Grant, & Richards. Inc, 5858 Westheimer Road, Suite 500, Houston, TX 77057, with an office number (713) 789-5893; appeared on the screen as the responsible parties for these violations 18 USC 1343 - Wire Fraud, and to 18 USC 891 and 894 of the RICO Statute.

My telephone (469) 236-2230 is registered in the no call list with the Federal Communications Commission (FTC). I will contact legal counsel to see what legal remedy I can get from this criminal enterprise who hires ignorant people to commit fraud against consumers.

If other victims want to join me, I am ready to take the lead and file a Class Action Suit against this ignorant enterprise named; Greenberg, Grant, & Richardson, Inc.

I'm constantly called for someone who does not live in my home. They always leave a message with a claim number. This goes on everyday 3 or 4 times a day my answering machine is full of their messages for this individual. I've asked them to remove my number from their call log as I do not know this person, at first I was told that they would do so and the 2nd time someone just hung up and yes the calls continues. I'm trying to find an address for them. My next step is to report them to the FTC.

I can't believe there are still people out there this STUPID who think they can scam people to make a living! Get a job and earn some money the right way!

They keep calling so I call them right back. They won't give out their address but insist on information from me.
