I had the same call today. I did cancel my membership at Boston Sports Club before moving. Surprisingly the caller knew my new address. This is so creepy.

Every single person on the receiving end of this outrageously shameless harassment from NYSC should sue them to clearly demonstrate to the judges/magistrates in every district in which they operate that NYSC is a systematically by design fraudulent lawless operation that deserves to be shut down.

Have been getting incessant calls from this number, they never leave a message. The one time I picked up they asked for money about a NYSC membership I cancelled when leaving New York. This was over a year ago. They still call and will not leave me alone.

They don't tell you who or what they are calling about. Truth be told New York Sports Club is in such financial trouble they are scrapping for every penny they can get their hands on. My contract was legally void once I moved to a state they couldn't provide service.

BEWARE. THey solicit payment from a canceled membership, cash the check (paid in full) and CONTINUE calling claiming there is "another" account with yet another payment due. I HAD NO OTHER ACCOUNT with NYSC. Im filing a formal complaint with gov't agency regulators and everyone else should do the same due to harassment.

recieved a call from this number and when I called back the person stated that before she can tell me what this call is about they need me to verify the phone number so I refused.

Reading these discussions it is apparent the NY sports club is hiring some collection agency to get whatever money it can by harassing its' previous members who had cancelled membership. They had the audacity to send me and my credit card company a bogus signed membership agreement with someone else's (not mine) signature. We should collectively sue them (I'm not kidding)

They claim that I owe an additional months charge for cancelling my service. I paid for November. I cancelled in Mid-November, but they decide why not rip me off for an extra month and charged me for December which I will not pay because I did not use the gym nor was I a member of the Gym at that time.

I'm constantly being harassed by this number times during the day and week. Unfortunately I'm dealing with financially difficulties due to unemployment status but I don't deserve to be called all hours of the day and night.
