They called every 8:00 morning ...please stop!

This number calls me multiple times a day, claims to be Barclaycard, which I do have an account with. They asked for the last four of my SSN, so I messaged Barclaycard from the secure message center. Received this response: "Thank you for contacting us regarding your Barclaycard Visa with Apple Rewards. We can certainly address your inquiry regarding the security and status of your account. We are glad you contacted us about the call you received because we want to reassure you that the call was not from us. Upon review, our records confirm that your account is in good standing and there are no security holds in place. Please know, we have been informed of a nationwide phishing call claiming to be Barclaycard Security and asking cardholders to provide sensitive information. This call is not valid and we ask that you do not give out any of your account information over the phone. If anyone from our company were to call, we clearly identify ourselves and will never ask for your personal information because we have this on file. If you continue to receive these calls, we ask that you please disconnect and call the number on the back of your card for confirmation. As a reminder, please refrain from calling in regarding your account at any number besides the one printed on the back of your card, 1-866-419-0881. Our agents are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand your concern, and hope that we have been able to clarify the situation." This call is a scam, confirmed with Barclaycard.

They've been harassing my dad. They call him everyday saying they are a bank from Nevada which my dad has told them he doesn't have any accounts in Nevada especially a bank. My dad told them to stop calling. They called again the following day asking for his social security just so they can "run it" to see why he's on the calling list.

Does not identify company. Asks for last 4 digits of SS#.

They keep saying they have an urgent message

same complaint. the credit card amount is minimal and if you're a little late they hit you with several calls a day and when you call the number trying to find out who they are you get the request for verifying your identity by entering the number they've been harassing you at.

they ask for all my information and don't even say who they are.... no opportunity to talk to a real person... and APPLE uses them for their credit card compnay

It's Barclay Bank (Juniper Bank). In stead of just telling you what and why they're calling. They want all of your info 1st without even telling you why they called and verifying that they aren't some kind of scam. It's not a scam just a REALLY BAD WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS by BARCLAY BANK. I refused to give my info if they wouldn't give theirs.

they keep calling and calling super annoying. im sick and these people has no considerations!!!

Even though we are on the "no call" list we still get multiple phone calls from solicitors, so if we don't recognize a number we don't answer. If it is a business we are connected to we will respond if they leave a message. This number has been calling at least 4 times an hour since 8:30 AM on a Sunday- and it is now 8:20 PM and the calls are still coming in. They NEVER leave a message!!!!!
