So David from ups is calling on behalf of pch. Which is def not located outside the us. So this dumb guy is a scammer. He says you won 2.5 mil and a 2017 black 4 door mercedes. Do not bother with people like this. Unless you plan to troll them. They also say it requires 199.99 dollar charge because of the United States IRS.
