They called trying to scare me that my computer would not work as they were Microsoft and Windows and my subscription had expired and I would lose my entire computer. Such bullsh*t.
They tried to get me to go to my computer and log in and follow their directions to upgrade Windows so this catastrophic event would not occur.
They identified themselves are Windows security department.
