I was cursed out and called all kinds of B- and H- by the staff because I asked to speak to the manager.
They refused to tell me what this company is, name and all so I asked to speak to manager. I was cursed out and told I couldn't speak to manager.
This is fradulent. People trying to get your personal information and then cursing you out if you don't give it to them.

Called originally from 952-234-3001 and voicemail to call Wendy about student loans and left new number 877-228-9281. Due to recent events and need to pay back student loans.

Some robotic female voice identified as Wendy keeps calling me about a student loan. I graduated college in 1989 and paid my own way through undergraduate school.
