I just got off the phone with these guys. I have been receiving multiple calls a day from this number. The guy reported that he was with Charter and asked me if I pay $90 a month for cable and internet. I said yes, (he was way off, I pay them about $200 a month). He proceeded to ask who handled my phone service and how much I pay. He was quite rude so I kept asking him for details as to the reason for the call. I told him I did not have a phone bill and he asked me if I worked for ATT. Long story short, he asked me if I believed that he worked for Charter and I said no. He quickly quoted Charters 800 number and got off the phone.

I immediately called Charter and they claimed that no one had contacted me in 6 months.

Who knows.

I get a phone call from this number at least once a day. They never leave a message.

Received a phone call from this number @ 10: 38 today. Let it go to voice mail. No message.

other sites say charter, trying to get you to pay yopur bill or to try to get you to bundle up your services or order more services. apparently there is no way to stop them so just save the phone number in your phone, and set ringer to silent for that phone number.

No voice mail. No response either (when I picked up and kept quiet to 'listen' to the other side's voice). Seems to be prank / junk call.
