Multiple calls. When I answer the recording says my name & says to press 1 if that's you.

RIght there - anyone getting this call should hang up.

But I pressed 1 & then I was told that there is an outstanding debt to Nassau County and press 1 to make a payment & press 2 or hold to talk to an agent.

I pressed 2 and they hung up.

That alone convinced me this was a scam before I even looked this site up.

These jerks call every couple of days as per my caller ID. They don't leave a message.

asking a lot of idenfy., by telemarketing question .,our education.,failer,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,we had to built more jail to those un respect criminal....................too much rubber on the airway.........we need more fly mashall and creatative more jobs for the bugs.............b

These people are calling and calling and calling looking for payment for parking tickets on a car I have never owned. Somehow they have these tickets from 2002 and they have the right plate but not right the right car. Called DMV in Albany and Nassau county parking tickets division. They said they have records of parking tickets but can't provide anything more but last activity on plate was 2001 and these tickets are 2002. Also they said plates never handed in which would mean license suspension and that has never happened. My license is clean as I was told by DMV Do not give these people any information because this will only hurt you. Tell them wrong person and it's not you and to report back to whomever reported to them. They will be taken to court for justice if this isnn't resolved. These tickets will not be paid!!!!

they called me about a month ago, I had no idea who they were or why they called so I called to get a person on the phone they said I owed $700 for parking ticket in Long Island in 1994... on a car I never owned... they called again I asked them to provide me proof of this being its from 1994 and a car I never owned the girl was totally RUDE said Im not willing to pay this and blah blah.. HELLOOO its 1994 and not ME... they call about every 10 days and dont leave messages, I've stopped calling them back ... hopefully they will GO AWAY!!!! OH and BTW I dont even live in NY or Near NY for that matter!!

Don`t answer the phone!!!! Let voice mail pick it up. As soon as they get a real person they`ll call multiple times a day, even if they have the wrong person! Lowest of scum these people. They buy old debts past the statute of limitations and try to trick you into re-confirming it. As soon as you admit it`s yours, the clock starts all over again, and they can legally take you to court, and win a judgment against you! If you admit nothing, or better yet, NEVER answer the phone, there isn`t a thing they can do to you, no matter what they say. These companies NEVER pay more than $50 for ANY debt, including some in the 10`s of thousand of dollars! Then they tack fees on top of that and try to get you to settle for less. Either way they RIP YOU OFF big time! NEVER, EVER, admit to ANY debt, over the phone or by letter. One final note, CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT. These scumbags have been known to put negative collection accounts on them. They falsify the date to make the debt look less than 7 years old. DISPUTE IT, the credit reporting companies WILL take it off because the collection agency will not have the correct information! Do it, or your CREDIT SCORE WILL DROP BIG TIME! These weasels will lie and tell you your going to be arrested, DON`T BELIEVE IT, ALL LIES!!!!!

They call 2 or 3 times a week, never leave a message. If they can`t get a hold of your neighbor or relative who owes a debt, they call you. Real classy, think I`ll just change my number.
