Received text opened but did not reply. Was charged $9.99 to my cell phone bill.

Just got a text message from these guys, couldn't tell if it was an ad for their service or a notification that I had been subscribed to said service. Just in case I decided to reply with the word "STOP". Got an immediate response stating that my subscription had been canceled. Now I'm trying to get back the $10 they charged to my phone bill. No idea how these people got my number in the first place.

Put my cell number into an online registration for a website for public domain legal documents. A minute later, I receive a text saying I was subscriibed to a ringtone service for $19.99/mo. I immediately cancelled, but they refuse to erase the original charge, even when I explained I never intended to subscribe. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I'll take it up with my carrier, ATT.

I can't find any actual location of these scum, except a possible Hong Kong address, which means no Attorney General for any state in the U.S. can do anything about them.

Put my cell # into an online Sams Club "survey" and seconds later my phone beeps, saying I am subscribed to some service. I don't text and had no idea what to do. Get my phone bill and there it is a 9.99 charge that just says 82561 download 877-661-1136. My daughter later helped my text " "stop" to that #. Alltel says it is my problem and I should contact the company that sells the "service". Good luck with that! What a scam!

Continuious calls from this company for years never opened the text since I don't know who they are. I find through my bery hard to understand cell phone bill ( nextel/sprint ) that I've been getting charged 9.99 per month I was totally unaware of. It is attached to my cellphone bill, how could it be that Fun Mobil is attaching a bill to my nextel bill? Are they not seperate companies? Needless to say I am livid and have been trying to contact fun mobil but in order to do so you need to first give them your information so they can (I assume ) set up a billing for you again! I have no idea how they got hold of my information in the first place and what gave them the right to charge my nextel account. I guess I was ignorant figuring if I didn't open I wouldn't get charged a text rate I was clearly way off base. I also thought my cell phone bill was from my provider but it includes billling from Fun mobil as well. Are the cell phone companies afiliated with this rip off company? I hae full intention to find a way to recieve a full refund plus for my time from both fun mobil for steling from me and nextel for allowing a charge on my phone bill from another company with out any prior authorization from me personally.
