Live call said I qualified for a loan, sounds like from India, I said no, take me off your call list, she said thank you and hung up.

Call from a difficult to understand 'Asian' dialect - he stated that "someone at our phone number had applied for a loan". I told him that as absolutely NOT true and asked "WHO applied for a loan?" He would not say. I asked for the name of his company - Abbay Financial Services in Chicago, IL - - OH YA, sure - - And I am Superman!? I demanded more info so was transferred to his SUPV - - 'Marvin' ID # 6931009??? I asked where they got my phone number - he said, Their R&D group - had identified that 'someone' from this number had earlier requested a loan - - NOT TRUE we have had this # for decades and DO NOT apply for loans - especially over the phone!!! I was going to report them to Federal Gov - - DELETE ALL OF OUR INFO!! - - He would not listen to me - - moved his lips unintelligibly then hung up! These guys NEED to be PROCECUTED! He had our name as well - not sure if call was a result of recent Equfax hack...
