I've never missed a student loan payment, and file for income based repayment every year on time. but they call me every day. Some times twice a day.

I really don't care what type of call these people are doing. Calling when people are asleep is rwally a low down dirty thing to do. I thought that was illegal! !! So much for people's right's.

These people are consistently calling extremely early or extremely late. They are breaking the FTC's rules and regulations. They are nothing more than bullies that like to harrass others and it looks like our government is beginning to fund people like this.

Not sure what call type this is. Keeps calling and won't leave a message. Reason they need to be reported is because they have called before 8 am and after 9 pm, which is against the law.

This call is coming from Nebraska Student Loan Program, Inc. d.b.a. National Student Loan Program (NSLP). I recommend each of you to log each and every call; including date, time, duration, to whom you spoke (if answered), etc...as much info as possible without identifying yourself or giving any information. Look up my name on facebook and I can teach you how log and collect evidence and prepare to sue this company to put some money in your pocket for their violations of the law.

I am waiting to hear back from their attorney now as I've sent them a Notice of Intent to Sue letter, but I'd love to help some other ASSERTIVE individuals to take action and make some money!
