I've placed 4 requests for my number to be removed from their database in the last 2 weeks. Today when i called back and told them i would complain, the first person hung up on me. The second put the phone down when i called back and asked for a supervisor and started laughing. I reported them to the CRTC today, and got a feature from Rogers Home phone that allows me to choose the numbers that can reach me. everyone else gets a not available message.
