I've taken care of my bill and they still call me.
I even posed as my sister when I answered the phone and asked for a message, and phone #, and they refused to give.
I lost my card, and don't have the number. Maybe if they gave me the number, I'd call them. They also never talk when I pick up the phone.
Scare tactic?

They call and never leave message have called my cell phone twenty times in a day.

Keep calling but NEVER leave a message - it is noon and they have called 4 times.

They keep calling and have been for over a week. Never leave a msg. If they'd talk to me when I answer I'd tell them to quit calling!!
