They are SCAMMER. I have been getting calls too from Upstate NY. IRS never call or harassing people on the phone for money. If you owe money they only contact you via Mail.

Called stating I would be arrested soon if I did not respond immediately, said they had warrant based on my SSN and name. These calls proliferate around tax time, I always ignore and report.

Caller: recorded message said from IRS with 4 items on my record and local police will arrive to arrest me soon. How harsh. I have read thatIRS doesn;t contact people by phone like this, and with others reportingthe same message tody, I'm more confident.

I just cursed these motherfuckers out. I work too damn hard for my money for a scammer to even try it with me. These bitches better not ever call me again. The fuck wrong with them.

Called me left an automated message that 4 serious allegations have been made against me and I will be arrested by local Police. Called back, but did not respond when the call was answered. Male with an indian accent responded with claiming to be from the IRS.
I am just wondering what authorities are doing about those crooks. I have received several of those calls during the last week and some several weeks earlier.
