they don't ever stop. I can't even block the call because my CID only gives me 5 digits... I need 10 to block it

I keep getting calls from this place and I have asked them to quit calling me...how do I get these idiots to stop and I am on the DNC list.

Scam from India attempting to sell medication.

This stupid people can't understand that who ever they're looking for is not me. They've been calling me since '06 as I can remember. They were looking for a person whom I don't know and I told them top stop calling. They haven't called for a while not until starting last month they've been calling again. I told them to stop calling, but they call anyway. Stupid, crazy people.

I need the real number if anyone knows it so I can block it. It says 9153 on caller ID and they keep calling despite threats and the DNC list that I'm on.
Any idead on how to stop them? I am beyond furious.
Also they keep asking for my ex who's been gone 4 years.
The phone's in my name, not his. I know I have legal rights to stop this harrassment.
