Harassing calls for a former employee. They have been told the person no longer works for us but they still keep calling.

Nothing but plain old B.S. :(

This is a fraudulent collector. I have filed countless reports against these people. But they keep calling back using different names. The advice I was given was to not even answer their calls.

ALWAYS CALLS AND WHEN I ANSWER JUST HANGS UP AND WHEN I DON'T ANSWER, THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.

is there a way to block them all together so I don't even get messages?

Man called wanting someone named Maria Morales. Did not give details as to whom she was so I transferred to our HR department and he called me back telling me I had attitude and wanted to make a complaint against me. I asked explained that if I do not know whom they are calling about, HR will know. Then, he told me he wanted the Emergency Room; I told him we did not have an ER. He was a strange gentleman and wanted to make a complaint against me because I could not answer his questions and he still wanted to know my name....................that is rude. I had already told him my name twice when I answered the phone and he was getting on my nerves.
