person does not answered a get about 2-3 times a day when i call back it cannot be dialed or connected it is annoying. no one answers.

has called many times, no message and calling back doesn't work, says "cannot complete your call"!

Received call from this number on 11/01/11 at approximately 11 a.m. PST. I am female and answered, "Hello." Man said, "Sorry, I have the wrong number." I said I didn't hear him; he repeated, chuckling, "I have the wrong number."

Two calls over last two days at about the same time (mid-day). I don't answer calls on this cell phone anymore if I don't have caller ID. I pay for answered calls.

Receiving calls since October 20, 2011, seven calls so. Caller hangs up after 2nd ring or when ansered. Leaves no message. Attempts to redial fail with operator stating "number cannot be reached as dialed."
