"effective teles will not stop calls"
It's been going on for more than two years here. I've answered and gotten a fellow that sounds like they're from India; when I ask them to stop calling they hang up. Sometimes they leave a message with just background voices and Spanish music. I think it's some kind of a scam and it's definitely harassment.

call every day all hours for about a year, just left long message on my answer machine, music and spanish conversation going on, not clear enough to understand.
Other times it is just static or a voice saying nonsense.

Ok this is weird. My aunt called me and that number showed up. I did not answer, just heard her voicemail. Weird

Calls daily for the past year. Unable to prevent them from calling even though I've been on the no call list nad have requested over 20 times to cease calling.
