Caller represented as being from Cigna but caller ID shows "Alegis Care." They offered an in-home visit; we no longer have Cigna health insurance. See other peoples' comments.

877-663-4333 has been calling non stop! Sometimes leave a ms saying they represent Cigna Healthcare. I called Cigna said they never heard of them. Today I answered the phone, snotty black woman said she represented Cigna (do not owe them a dime) and our phone conversation was being recorded. I hung up!

I received a call from this number. I let it go to voicemail. They left a call back number of 1 844 662 8161. I called amerigroup because of the other review saying it was a scam and I wanted to make sure. The lady at amerigroup said it was just a call to check on the health of my child. I called the call back number and all they asked was to verify the child’s name and DOB. It was an automated system that proceeded to ask me various questions about my child’s health. It’s not a scam call.

Didn't leave mssg. When called back from another phone, said it was AmeriGroup and asked for Member # or SSN on recording. I have no relationship with or reason for this supposed company to contact me. I hung up.

I just called Amerigroup to verify this phone number and the number they wanted me to call back: 1-844-662-8161. This is a scam. Amerigroup said if they ever call their clients it will always be a real person, not an automation. They do not ask for personal information after signing up with them. Please do not make the mistake of giving information over the phone to the numbers I listed!!

They were Amerigroup, asking about my experience with the member services rep I spoke with. #survey

unknown number from Massachusetts. they called a couple times, a robotic voice finally left a voice mail stating it was Amerigroup for my child blah blah blah. I don't have kids so I'm assuming it was for the previous person w/ my phone.
