I've gotten calls that I owed for a debt for a payday loan that I never did. Told them I had the bank records to prove it. They even told me that I put my ex-husband's name and his sister's names down for references. I have been divorced from him since 1996 and would in no way use him as a reference. Now I get robocall's from Thomas Wordorfski saying I have 72 hours to contact him. The first came over 72 hours ago. The other calls threatened me with the police. The FBI needs to get involved and end this.

I have been receiving calls from these people for the past month. They've even called my work phone and my mom's home phone. The FBI needs to do something!

Nentioned USC 18, sec 1344 and that I have 72 hours to call them or they will report it to the local authorites. At the end of message said you have been notified. Caller: Tom Warshawski

Glad to know that Tom Wordorfski (?) of "pretrial investigation Berkshire recovery services" is a scam. They called my mom's house which my brother hasn't lived at for well over 20 years. Way to scare a 75 year old lady about her son.

It's bad enough she gets a phone call from "the US Treasury" about me ($900 unreported in my taxes from a few years back), her other daughter. 3 weeks and 4 phone calls later, I am still waiting to be arrested. My fiance didn't quite like the last conversation I had with them. But if a scammers gonna scam, I'm gonna be as much of a jerk since they called my mom's phone and my cell phone - neither of which is in my name.

Is there any way we can press charges/sue for harrassing a 75 year old lady about her children, which no matter how old they are - she's still going to be on high alert when someone is "after her children"?

Just received called from Tom Warshaski saying I owe for a loan that I know nothing about. He left a voicemail. Called back at 844-662-8940. Talked with a woman named Vivian Carter who said Tom was not available. She got her script down pat. They conned me. Going to call the FBI on them. Vivian extension is 301. Call her and give her a piece of your mind.

They call daily asking for Patricia Briggs. My husband told them he didn't know a Patricia. They hung up. When they leave a message its the same one that Nancy told about in her comments. Tom Warshawski. Call the number and you will get a woman or a guy who calls himself Dan Collins. When you won't give them info they get really nasty.

I got a call from "Daniel Collins" who was trying to convince my wife she was going to jail for check fraud for some place called 500fastcash. He could not answer one of my questions and spoke like this was his first job in the hood. 844-662-8940 ext 302.

well Tom Warshawski, called me today and and said that he needed to verify my job info and my social security number because i had applied for a $500.00 payday loan.. I told him that i make 6 digits what he heck i need a payday loan for? .. He then went on as to saying, are you gonna give me the info or not? Held him on long enough why i made a 2way call to my local sheriffs dept...when they answered with their greeting he hung up so fast it proboly made his own head spin..LOLOLOLOL.. NOw the joke was on him...

Just received a call from Thomas at Berkshire Recovery service everything he left on my voice mail was illegal. I have reported the information to the FTC

A friend received a call on her voice mail for me stating that I was part of a criminal investigation and to call i-844-662-8940. Then it said you have been notified. This happened to me about 4 months ago but a different reason for calling.

Yesterday it was guy named agent Bronson, today a guy named Thomas left a vm, advising from Bronson Recovery Services. Advising this in relation to UFC Code 18 sec 1344. They advise that they require a statement from an attorney or myself. and provide a false callback number of 844-6628940.

One guy named "Agent Bronson" called and left my Mom a voicemail saying I'm wanted and will be arrested for bank fraud. So I called and asked where they were and another man said Florida. I'm nowhere near that state. Then I asked for a branch number and he told me to GOOGLE IT LOL. I reported them to the FBI and Federal Trade Commission. All of you should too. They can't bully people like this. Thanks for posting because it solidified how I felt.
