They keep calling me and asking about someone that I do not know.

It is bridge crest Wich ís a finance company so if there calling you owe money to them

Bridgecrest calling about car payment (Drivetime)

Called back using *67 and this ended up being the local line for Bridgecrest. They handle loans (like my auto loan via Carvana) and were just calling to inform me that my bill was due soon, so I wouldn't be late on it. :)

This is Drive Time aka Bridgecrest.

This call said that my references must be updated. I went to a Google website on their protocols. They do not call people and ask that this be done. It is also a mobile phone.

I purchased a car financed under this company. I recently called them to report the loss of a source of income. I overpaid on my 1st due date & out of the $420 I paid all but $121, stating I would 2 weeks late. I didn't know this loss would happen & told them that I wouldn't mind them taking the car those 2 weeks but they didn't want to do that. Needless to say, I am receiving up to 5 harassing calls a day from them. I wish I could upload a screenshot of my call log for them.
