For that number the caller ID is 'Spam Risk' I get called every single day!
I never pick up.

What is costumer? someone who makes costumes for clowns? Hmmm CUSTOMER?

Spectrum Customer Service stating bill is late. which is funny considering I have auto pay .. but i also received a text as well, so this IS a legit number for Spectrum and my online account shows that number too.

Based on prior comments

Someone at Spectrum put an incorrect mailing address for "Remit Payment To;" The incorrect address shows: PO Box 30407, Tampa, FL 33630 The CORRECT address for payment should have been PO Box 7195, Pasadena, CA 91109...THUS the delay in payments. Letters are being returned as Undeliverable by the Post Office, but only because someone from Spectrum Billing? used entered the wrong payment address on their billing statement. Someone at Spectrum messed up.

This IS a robocall, but it IS from Spectrum. Spectrum has been delayed with processing payments, automated calls start because of 'supposed' nonpayment. Six people in line at Spectrum were there because they KNOW they paid the monthly but their current statement shows unpaid. Spectrum rep explained the confusion.

Recorded message identifying themselves as Spectrum (but caller ID says "TOLL FREE CALL" and to call 866-914-5806 about a "change in status" for my Spectrum account. Also, if I was NOT the name they were calling for, to please visit spectrum.com/remove to have my name removed from their list. Of course, when I checked, this is listed as a scam.
