It is indeed a collector for NTTA (Dallas-FW Tollways). I called them back, just providing my phone number, which is what they already had. They were able to bring up my "account" and told me the balance was showing as zero, their mistake - so expecting no more robocalls. I had never received any bill or notice that I owe NTTA anything, and I had called NTTA first to double-check - so their "database" is not exactly up-to-date, let alone up-to-snuff - other than their robocall system which fires up perfectly - almost every single day.

They have called several time saying they work for the Texas Toll Road about an important matter. Called ID shows up SPECTRUM. It was all automatize.

This is a real collection agency. They called me regarding cox cable

This number has been calling me for two weeks. Finally returned the call today. A man with a Jamaican accent said he was collecting on behalf of Ambient Energy electrical supplier. I do not have AE as my supplier. Also, he said it was regarding the Dec 23 2018 disconnect notice. There is no such notice for an electrical disconnect on my account. Asked for AE phone number, and he gave me someones fax number. SCAM

Simply have repeatedly called me about an individual who has never lived here

customer had cox and there is payment on the account for 28.77 and there is payment that is going to come out of the account and says that if there is not a payment to you then call all you want on the 20th but give a few days to post to the account

This is a legit company actually. I asked the questions on why they were calling and they provided specifics. They were hired by Mediacom to collect a balance. I recommend calling the actual company (i.e. Mediacom) directly to resolve the issue and confirm anything.

Claiming owe debt!

Says Comcast but is not Comcast

It was a real person because they got through my auto screening. Said the were a collection agency urgent. Since we have no debt it was obviously a scam

Caller: Collection

Try to collect on a non-existent account.

Caller: Comcast

Has called me multiple times and never leaves a message. I answered it the last time and it was a pre-recorded message with my name saying they were trying to collect a debt and provided an account number.

They were calling about a Mediacom bill. With the exception of having the incorrect amount owed (not their fault) they were professional. Agent disputed the balance for me and I agreed to return the equipment.

Spectrum Bill Collector... My story: Ordered new service and was not happy. Canceled on second month and now automated calls are coming in... Spectrum beat me for $400 and it was not enough. My advice is to block (844) 343-1590... And never do business with Spectrum...

Caller: Spectrum

SPECTRUM is the worst ever company. AWFUL. They mailed me letters claiming I owned them monthly fees after I cancelled already in Dec. 2016. They refused to cancel. I returned all the paper notices. They came to my door to pick up the "black box". I gave 3 to them. I was going to drive to their office myself. I am not always at my mom's place who passed. I still have her place in Florida. Finally they called again and again and again
claiming I did NOT return the black boxes. I had signed them off. They try to extort large fees. I also believe they scramble signals as when I'm in Florida I have hardly any T Mobile connection. I have no way of making calls and feel helpless and isolated. I had to use the office phones and drive around to other cities to make phone calls. Very dangerous. I think Spectrum is NOT a nice company, They lie in their ads, you have to buy BUNDLES for 29$ each and if one does not work you can't cancel. I have many friends who are
so disgusted with Spectrum and can't get out of their contracts. Shame on them.

Caller: Spectrum

Tried to say I owed money on a Spectrum account. Checked with Spectrum, I don't. This is spam and/or fraud.

Multiple calls every day, recorded voice states my name and says to call another number if it's not me... but there is never any human contact, just recordings. It'd the credit protection association, I know they have accounts with several cable and Internet providers, and it IS a valid debt, but since I never get called by a real person I have no way of arranging to make payment. All they're doing is wasting my time, waking me up repeatedly and pissing me off. I will not be paying until they contact me via mail so that I can get accurate info. The last letter they sent was trying to charge an extra $200 for a modem I already returned.

They called and left a message for my mother-in-law saying that they were trying to collect a debt. Since my mother-in-law recently passed away and had spent several weeks in the hospital we thought this might be legitimate. As I am always skeptical of these kinds of I calls I reluctantly called them back. Everything was automated so I pressed "0" hoping I could talk to a real person. A very nice woman answered and when I told her my mother-in-law recently passed away she asked if we could send them her death certificate and paperwork showing my husband was the executor of her estate. I asked her to send me whatever bill was owed or a letter from the collection agency. She said she couldn't do that until they had received her death certificate. I told her that under no circumstances would I send anybody anything just from an automated phone call. She asked if I wanted my mother-in-law's name removed from their records and I told them "yes". She said that they would remove my mother-in-law's name yet I got another call from them two hours later. I will be blocking this number.
