Called me too.. thought was a scam but he knew some info from me! Wanted to verify my primary care doc.. address date of birth and pharmacy and if I ever had any pain .. I’m thinking they want to voice record your No’s and Yes’s ?? Greek heavy accent Indian! He mumbled a ton of insurances I had in the past .. very slick! I was in the car when this happened and it dropped the call .. he never called back !

GOT A CALL FROM THIS A-HOLE. SAID WAS FROM THE "HEALTH DEPT" AND WANTED TO VERIFY MY BC/BS....I DON'T HAVE THAT INS.

caller with heavy indian accent claims he name is FRANK knew my name and address claim he is with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Told him I don't have BC/BS and he hung up.

Indian accent calling from Canada, and claiming to be with Blue Cross. Knew address and date of birth. Asked for Dr's information and wanted to know plan number and pharmacy. I hung up. I don't have Blue Cross.

Called to "verify health information for BCBS"... I was tipped off that this was very strange when he wanted to confirm my address and provided an address where I haven't lived in 7 years. He did know my DOB and name too.

Called to "verify" my information with a number that said Ontario. Knew my name, address, birthday, and a few other details. I kept asking who they were actually calling from, and if they could call with a valid US number or through a channel through my healthcare provider. I lied on a few of the questions. When they kept saying not to worry I hung up. They called back three times so I blocked the number

I got called on Dec. 14th 2017 saying they wanted to verify my address for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Woman had a heavy Indian accent and they called from an area code I wasn't familiar with after work hours. I asked where they were located and she said she was calling out of Canada. I hung up. DON'T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION.

Knew my name. Says he is from Blue Cross / Blue Shield. Wanted me to verify personal info. When I said I didn't have insurance with those companies, he listed 8 other insurance agencies. When I told him I didn't have those either, he hung up.
