Called me a few mites ago threatening me with jail time and a lein placed against my home, car, and all my other assessts. I hope he goes to jail for a very long time. He also gave me my case number. I'm calling my account and have him reported. What a jerk.

They called me and tried so hard to get money--- busted by asking for iTunes card

HA! Little bastard I got under his skin, he told me he was going to f@$k my mom, f@$k my wife and my daughter. I laughed and said it would help if I had those things you dumb f@$king retard. He said "I not dumb you dumb, I teenager". Officer something D'vid David whatever. I called the IRS they told me it was a scam so I called back and that's when I got under his skin. What a douche bag thing to do.

I was told that the IRS officers were going to arrest me and if I contest the charges I will be incarcerated for 6-7 years for an alleged $3,000 tax bill. When I told the "officer" that he was a liar and a thief and a scammer, he told me a previous address of mine and said they would be coming to pick me up.

Recording comes on says he represents IRS in criminal lawsuit against me. Does not mention me by name.

I'm gonna find out where he lives and beat him over the head with his phone & computer. That will be the last time he tries something like this.

Received a call from Daniel Wiseman with the claim he is an IRS agent and that there is a criminal case against me and I should call him right away.

yep he called me 6/15/2016, same irs deal. not really sure what he wanted, he just told me these judgments

Got a call today from this number. First of all the IRS does not make threatening phone calls. Secondly, if this was the IRS, then why can't I call the number back...it says "its a non-working number" ...ya right...cause it's a scam and NOT the IRS !!

answering machine picked up message from Daniel (?) couldn't catcfh last name said I was in trouble with the IRS as they had a criminal investigation going and it was time sensitive and I or my attorny better make contact if not he would wish me good luck

Left an automated voice mail with no identification and a unspecific threat. I will also report to local law enforcement.

yup some robot recording left a voice mail saying i have crimal charges against me from the IRS, i am only 15, no job and have never filed taxes yet lol.
