I have been getting the service from them for last 2 years but i am very happy with it.
I spoke with someone named "Sam" who provided my with this phone number as their call back as well as ext. 1007. I was speaking with them in regards to fixing my printer after being sent to this "third party company" from "Canon Support" which after all must have been a scam seeing that Canon does not have live chat support and that was how I initially got directed here. So ultimately, both seem to have been a scam. They tried to tell me they could fix my printer for $100 but offered a student discount of $60. They also asked that I allowed my computer screen to be shared with them to troubleshoot the issue. I thought it seemed fishy and after speaking to a REAL Canon rep today I am convinced it is. I'd use caution and DEFINITELY don't pay for anything.
Claimed to be a Cannon support tech. The website looked real. I allowed him into my computer. At the end he wanted $99 to fix a problem that I believe he created. I went ahead and restored my laptop to the original factory settings.
yes claimed to be dell tech service
Definitely a scam.
They have fake websites, showing this number. They will try to get remote access to your computer to get your personal information.
