NATIONAL ASSET RECOVERY SERVICES

Every single person on the receiving end of this outrageously shameless harassment from NYSC should sue them to clearly demonstrate to the judges/magistrates in every district in which they operate that NYSC is a systematically by design fraudulent lawless operation that deserves to be shut down.

This number is for a company called National Asset Recovery Services. They're a collection agency. They called me about a debt that a friend of mine had. My friend was able to show me the statements showing that she paid her bill AND that it had never gone to collections in the first place. Just another company running a fake collections scam.

Has called daily for over a month. Leaves either no message, message has open line with typing/talking in the background or message is for someone I have never heard of in the four years I've had my number.

Have been getting incessant calls from this number, they never leave a message. The one time I picked up they asked for money about a NYSC membership I cancelled when leaving New York. This was over a year ago. They still call and will not leave me alone.

They don't tell you who or what they are calling about. Truth be told New York Sports Club is in such financial trouble they are scrapping for every penny they can get their hands on. My contract was legally void once I moved to a state they couldn't provide service.

These people don't give up. Been two years.

They wanted me to verify who I was, but did not respond when I asked who was calling. I hung up!

BEWARE. THey solicit payment from a canceled membership, cash the check (paid in full) and CONTINUE calling claiming there is "another" account with yet another payment due. I HAD NO OTHER ACCOUNT with NYSC. Im filing a formal complaint with gov't agency regulators and everyone else should do the same due to harassment.

recieved a call from this number and when I called back the person stated that before she can tell me what this call is about they need me to verify the phone number so I refused.

Reading these discussions it is apparent the NY sports club is hiring some collection agency to get whatever money it can by harassing its' previous members who had cancelled membership. They had the audacity to send me and my credit card company a bogus signed membership agreement with someone else's (not mine) signature. We should collectively sue them (I'm not kidding)

caller continues to call multiple times a day. When i answer they ask for someone i dont know..If i dont answer they will never leave messages

This number calls and only lets it ring about twice, by the time I answer, there is no one there. If I miss the call, they don't leave a message. I tried calling it back but nothing happens!

received a call from this number today. They did not bother to leave a message. I did not answer because my ex-husband lives in Maryland and I saw the area code and knew it was from there and did not want to deal with him today. I've been researching it and one page said this number is attached to a diabetic survey and one page said it was a collection agency. Either case, if the call was important, they would leave a message.
