On 7/23/22 received a mobile message regarding my E911 record which affects the ability to contact 1st responders and they needed my assistance to resolve and I should call 833 889 0571 ASAP. The # was 855 707 7328 - Spectrum - who called. Called legit Spectrum CS & was told it was a scam.

I received a text msg exactly fifteen minutes after paying my bill using the automated system. The message stated that changes were made to my billing address and if I did not make those changes to call 855-707-7328. I logged into my acct just to double-check. Of course no changes were made.

Received a call from this number who left a message, something about an AETNA Explorer PTL plan, and they wanted an ID number off some card I'm suppose to have?

Got a text on my cellphone from (346)426-2457: Spectrum: Changes were recently made to your account. If you did not request the changes, contact Spectrum at 1-855-707-7328. I'm so sick of these bogus texts and Robocalls. When is someone going to do something about it???

Got the same call- they did work in my area and offered to set up an appointment for check out lines and modem. I told them I’d think about it and asked for a number to call back if I wanted to schedule an appointment. The caller is for the incoming call was 626-430-3301 and the phone number that I was give to “call back” was 855-707-7328

Stated it was Spectrum calling and there was degradation of services identified in my home. Call 855-707-7328 to make an appointment for workman to come do repairs.

"Spectrum 855-707-7328" appeared on my Costco Citi Visa as an unauthorized charge (1/9/22).
Just received notification yesterday (1/8/22), that my new card had shipped as it was nearing expiration.

Received phishing email claiming to be from Spectrum, requesting call back to 855-707-7328. Ruse was that "Your billing address was changed. If you did not make these changes, please have the primary account holder contact a Spectrum Representative at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (1-855-707-7328)."

Calls both Cell & work # but never leaves a message.

Never leave a message so assuming it’s a scammer.

Charged a Citi Costco Credit Card Number that was cancelled. Phone number was listed as Spectrum in the pending charge detail.
