An Indian sounding woman schematically asked for my security code to steal my account information. Her name apparently was a fake one I found in my computer game after I hung up. The company needs a ethic test before they hire it's tech support. This is my 4th and 5th it did everytime I call for help.
I have received 13 calls from this "Comentity Bank" scammer since 3/2023 to date. I have tried unsuccessfully to block them to no avail. They call from several different area codes--303, 614, 720, 801, and 913 and different times of the day. I have never answered but it's truly annoying. I was hoping at some point that they would realize, I'm not going to answer and that they would stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!
