Didn't get to my phone in time to answer...no msg. was left,again...however,the local Aarons store manager called me today((5th) asking me when I was going to make my payment which was due on the 1st.I told her this is the second month in a row that this has happened,Im on Auto-pay...why arent my payments coming out as scheduled?Last month I went to the store and the guy pulled out the binder,and there was my page of info,tucked in the back and hadnt been processed because someone failed to hole-punch the paper and place it IN the binder.Every month they use the info in the binder and run your auto-pay on the day designated for each month.I just called the store after getting the second call from the 866#,the store mgr says that the auto pay was rejected the first time it ran on the 1st..I said"thats a lie""You people never ran it through on the 1st! I have Direct Deposit Military Widow Benefits AND Check Guarantee! How dare this person try to blame me for their screw-up with a straight up lie!!!
