I received a call yesterday and the day before and the day before and 3 times the day before and today if you get my frustration. I press the option to speak to a rep. and when I ask to be removed from the call list, the rep becomes belligerent and hangs up. This is a sure sign that this is NOT a ligament company beside the fact that they do not identify their selves by the COMPANY NAME when they contact us nor does the representative. If you do get a phone number on caller ID, the number does not work so that is clue number 2 that this is a scam and we need to report this to the ATTORNEY GENERAL in EUSTIS, FLORIDA since that is where my last call was generated from. 1-352-357-4151 appears to be a residential phone number and it is not in service.

They are annoying the heck out of me! They call and it's a recorded message that says:

This is your final notice to reduce your interest rates. This offer expires today. Please press 1 to speak to your account representative or press 2 to discontinue notifications

I press 2 everytime but they still call!

Typically it is not a good idea to press a number to remove yourself from their list. Any kind of acknowledgement only verifies your telephone number is active in their system and in many cases it increases the number of telephone calls you will receive.

I received a call from this number and it was an automated message from credit services that I was eligable to reduce my credit card interest. I responded by pushing one on my phone and they connected me with a person. She ask if my name was correct and that they were offering lower interest rates if you paid on time for 6 months. I asked which of my cards she was repersenting, she said any Master Card or Visa. Well I chuckled I have several Visa cards and wanted to know which one, and I was concerned they would ask personal info., and it may not be a legit call. The lady became very rude and began criticizing me for laughing. I explained my apprehension and she responed by saying "yes I set up in someone basement right now", and then hung up. I don't think she was being very professional and don't believe that it was a legitimate call.

I have received several calls from these people offering to extend the warranty on our car (that we've never had by the way). It's always a recording with the option to press 9 to be taken off the call list. I've done that in the past and they still call. Today I pressed 1 to talk to a representative and did talk to someone. I told him I didn't want a warranty but wanted to be taken off their call list and he just kept rudely asking why I wouldn't want a warranty. I kept trying to tell him we never had one. Then he hung up on me and I received a recording for the website to the do not call list. I tried to call back and I got a recording that this number is not in service. FRUSTRATING!!
