This company calls me sometimes four times a day. I do not and have not ever had a mortgage with this company. I've asked them to stop calling me they continue to call

Caller: Seterus

Has called me three times this morning. I do not answer. I am ahead on my mortgage payments, so there is no reason to hear from them.

Never leave a message, calls twice a day for a while, then stops for a few days, and then starts back up.

Always calls even after payments are finalized! WTF!

I received my third call from Seterus at this number. They was to speck to the person handling the estate for my ex-husband. The key work is EX and until they called the first time I had no idea he was deceased. I have since had 2 more calls despite giving this information. What a bunch of loosers!

Caller: Sterus

They called my cell phone while I was driving, so I didn't answere. They called again in less than one minute! Now I have looked them up here, and I greatly appreciate eveyone who has explained that it is a pest. Fortunately, I have pest control on my Android phone (a very good call blocking app)--added!!.For anyone whose home phone is VOIP and who is being hounded to death, go to www.nomorobo.com and follow the sign-up directions. My VOIP home number is extremely peaceful since last summer when I learned about Nomorobo from Consumer Reports. It will change your VOIP life but doesn't work on cell phones.

If you are paying for wireless computor

This company has gone through a number of name changes and now is goes by the name of Seterus. They now attempt to block their caller ID information to keep from being identified. They are one of the major mortgage servicers/debt collector for FNMA and are owned by IBM. They will often call homeowners of mortgages they service several times a day and not leave messages in an attempt to get you to answer their calls and ambush you with what you want. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the calling several times a day can be harassment. It is also a violation of the FDCPA to not identify themselves when they call. This also confirms their harassment to get you to answer for their ambush.

Yet they cannot always hide their caller information. I have a VoIP provider and these incoming calls show up on my call logs. Some of you may also have such or other services that log their incoming calls. If I can get two more homeowners who have been abused this way by Seterus I have one of the top plaintiffs law firms in the country considering a class action against this unscrupulous and abusive company for this and other abuses by this company, stop these practices and obtain compensation for these and other abuses. If you have a phone provider that has call logs please check them for this number. If they show more than a few calls in a single day by Seterus, please save these logs and contact me at wingerone@rcn.com with your name, email, phone # and call logs. If you do not have a phone system that can identify and log these calls, get one. All I need are two more people with evidence and we can subpoena all their phone records and get them on every homeowner they've harassed in this manner up to the applicable statute of limitations. Again, my email is wingerone@rcn.com. I will also be able to let you know who my provider is and if you want to use them to gather evidence against Seterus.

Do not block their calls. Let them continue to call and dig a deeper hole for themselves. Gather evidence against them and let's hold them responsible. You have much more to gain this way.

This is a collection agency; Seterus. I let my neighbor use my phone to contact them for a payment arrangement, now they blow up my phone day and night. I have advised them I am not the person they are looking for, nor am I willing to go down the block to put my nose in her business. They keep calling...

This # calls several times a day. No message and will not answer when you call back. I want the calls to stop!

Caller: N/A

i told these people to call my home phone

I blocked this number and yet it still shows up on my phone, so they are clearly showing up as this number on your caller ID, and not the REAL number they are calling from, which is why you can't block it.

Substandard mortgage bank and servicer. "At risk" mortgages originally held by Bank of America were sold to this shadowy, second-rate, unprofessional debt servicer.

Unwanted call

Trying to threaten foreclosure on a case that was already settled and dismised in Florida Cirtcuit Court. Seterus is unreliable, deals with outdate dinforamtion, does not listen to their own attorneys and regularly violates the Fair debt Collection Practices Act.

They do not leave message and they call from restricted numbers.

A CALL FOR THE US GOVERNMENT, through its FannieMae and FreddieMac subsidiaries, TO BOTH DROP ITS SUPPORT FOR IBM-Seterus and instead INVESTIGATE and prosecute IBM for past crimes against humanity!

IBM-Seterus should NOT be collecting money on behalf of the US government's mortgage companies, they should be paying legitimate reparations instead!!!

People ask what the heck is IBM-Seterus, a computer company, doing in the mortgage management and foreclose business?

It should not be any surprise that IBM-Seterus should get into this game of using cutting-edge TECHNOLOGY hunting down mortgagees and forcing them to cough up or be foreclosed because IBM has a long history of using its stealthy technology ruthlessly to hunt down people in distress, and this should be made known.

Start off by reading the key background information at: http://www.ibmandtheholocaust.com/ “IBM and the Holocaust: The stunning story of IBM's strategic alliance with Nazi Germany -- beginning in 1933 in the first weeks that Hitler came to power and continuing well into World War II. As the Third Reich embarked upon its plan of conquest and genocide, IBM and its subsidiaries helped create enabling technologies, step-by-step, from the identification and cataloging programs of the 1930s to the selections of the 1940s.

Only after Jews were identified -- a massive and complex task that Hitler wanted done immediately -- could they be targeted for efficient asset confiscation, ghettoization, deportation, enslaved labor, and, ultimately, annihilation. It was a cross-tabulation and organizational challenge so monumental, it called for a computer. Of course, in the 1930s no computer existed.

But IBM's Hollerith punch card technology did exist. Aided by the company's custom-designed and constantly updated Hollerith systems, Hitler was able to automate his persecution of the Jews. Historians have always been amazed at the speed and accuracy with which the Nazis were able to identify and locate European

The calls are from IBM Lender Services, or LBPS. My employer has been receiving calls from them on a daily basis although we have no business dealings with them. If LBPS is trying to reach an employee, I have no idea who they want to speak to because the calls disconnect when I answer with the company greeting. This goes on for weeks or months at a time, several times per day. Then the calls stop for a few weeks or months before starting up again. This is clearly harassment.
