Caller pretends to be an automated message from spectrum and begins asking for personal information such as SSN, and credit card information, but I am aware of what phone numbers actually belong to Spectrum, and this is certainly NOT one of them. Spectrum will also NEVER ask for your SSN, and will NOT ask for your card information over the phone. The real spectrum numbers are: Sales department: 877.463.0677, Customer support: 888.369.2408, and there are ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER 8** numbers for spectrum.
