I did not answer, foreign accented gentleman left voicemail...said "hello?" and then hung up. Glad I googled this. First time I've been called by this particular number.
This number call my cell phone all the time with a scam trying to sell me drugs.

Called number back said cannot be completed as dialed. That is how you know it is a scam folks
